Eugene L. Mason has served on the staffs of three of the largest evangelical Christian churches in North America for more than 20 years, as Vice President of a ministry and non-profit consulting firm, and also as a marketing director and promotional consultant in the secular marketplace. His work has included graphic arts, advertising, video production and editing, writing, IT administration, photography and volunteer training. More recently his roles have included administration and integration of various technologies and networks.

Eugene was born in Germany, where he was adoped as an infant. He grew up in Birmingham, Alabama and graduated high school with a full academic scholarship. During his college years, he also began working in ministry support roles. He and his wife, Keri, met in their church and were married in 2004. In 2007 they completed a 22-month journey by traveling to China, where they adopted a daughter, Eden Hope. Currently they are pursuing adopting a second orphan child internationally.

Eugene's function is primarily as a content manager, idea generator, creative supporter and graphic artist. Currently he serves as a marketing director for a Birmingham-based business, and serves the church in a lay capacity. He and his wife have been on mission to Venezuela, China, Ukraine, India, South Africa and Ecuador. He enjoys writing, video editing, movies and reading.
